Oil-immersed transformers have cylindrical low-voltage windings with copper foil wound around the shaft, while high-voltage windings have a multi-layer cylindrical structure. The iron core and windings have self-locking lock nuts for non-suspended structure. The oil is vacuum dried, and the oil tank uses a corrugated sheet with a breathing function to compensate for temperature changes. The corrugated sheet isolates the oil from the outside world, reducing insulation performance. This reduces maintenance costs and extends transformer service life.
