(1) Basic requirements

1) High-voltage maintenance personnel must hold a certificate to work, and those without a certificate are not authorized to operate.

2) When power outage is required for maintenance, it should be reported to the competent department for approval and the user should be notified before proceeding.

3) The insulating oil of outdoor oil-immersed transformers should be tested once a year, and the insulating oil of indoor oil-immersed transformers should be tested every two years.

(2) Transformer switching operation sequence: During power outage, the load side is stopped first, then the power side; when power is transmitted, the above operation sequence is reversed.

1) Power is transmitted from the power source side to the load side step by step. If there is a fault, it is easy to determine the scope of the fault and make timely judgment and processing to avoid the spread of the fault.

2) In the case of multiple power supplies, stopping the load side first can prevent reverse charging of the transformer. If the power supply side is stopped first, the protection device may malfunction if there is a fault.

(3) Inspection and inspection: According to the requirements of the substation safety operation regulations, in addition to the inspection and inspection required during shift handover, the operating personnel on duty should inspect the substation 5 times per shift.
